Family Coaching Process

Our Family Coaching Process may require between 9 and 15 sessions within a span of 3 to 6 months, depending on the depth of your family situations. And as outlined in our Coaching Packages and our Coaching Strategy, we have never withheld our services from anyone because of scheduling, pricing and payments, and thus willing to amend the package, and even accommodate a payment plan that is more convenient for you.

Besides spending some time to get you, your spouse and children familiarized with the true gravity of your family situation, we employ our process of Six Steps to Parenting Fulfillment (often referred to as The GPS of Parenting), which has being successfully used to help people in diverse countries better align their families with the way that God intended for families to function. The steps are:

PURPOSE: We will work with you and your spouse to establish a Family Mission Statement, which will clearly define the agreeable desired family direction based on the values and expectations of you and your spouse. Basically, what are those family values that you would like to instil in your children and why? This is the stage where we will coach you and your spouse on how to leverage The Power of Purpose.

PRACTICE: We will work with you and your spouse to translate your new Family Mission Statement to actions and behaviours that support the purpose. Basically, which of these family values should you and/or your spouse start practicing and exemplifying for your children to see? This is the stage where we will coach you and your spouse on how to leverage The Power of Integrity.

PREACH: We will work with you and your spouse on how to effectively communicate your desires and expectations to your children in ways that are appropriate for their ages and intellect, in the languages that they understand, and feel understood. Basically, how and how often should you preach to your children, knowing fully well that the result of screaming is only temporal? This is the stage where we will coach you and your spouse on how to leverage The Power of Communication.

PRAISE: We will work with you and your spouse on how to make each other and your children feel appreciated, how to use words and actions to build up each other and garner their support for your Family Mission Statement. Basically, what are the words and actions of encouragement that would impact your children and encourage them to keep making the necessary effort to realize the purpose? This is the stage where we will coach you and your spouse on how to leverage The Power of Encouragement.

PLAY: We will work with you and your spouse to incorporate fun activities into your family life by sharing proven ways of easing the tensions often caused by daunting schedules and workload, as well as by the overwhelming expectations of those around you. Basically, what are the activities that would make your children feel loved, that would help to balance the atmosphere in your home? This is the stage where we will coach you and your spouse on how to leverage The Power of Relaxation.

PROTECT: We will work with you and your spouse to implement strategic ways of protecting your children from their own ignorance and detrimental characters in you, your spouse, their siblings, friends and extended families. Basically, how should you manage and mitigate the dangers that are always lurking around your children at school, sports, church and the community? This is the stage where we will coach you and your spouse on how to leverage The Power of Caution.

PRAY: We will work with you and your spouse to determine the matters in your family that need to be looked at from spiritual perspectives. Basically, while working hard to leverage spirituality to maintain effort and progress, what are the matters that should be placed in God’s hands through prayer? This is the stage where we will coach you and your spouse on how to leverage The Power of Surrender.

The Inconvenient Truth

The Inconvenient Truth is that you make or break your family by the amount of time you spend learning and practicing proven techniques of how to build and maintain these God-given relationships. Those who were surprised by the divorce offer from their spouse or the allegedly sudden wayward behaviour of their children failed to invest the time necessary to learn and practice techniques of how to keep their families together.
