About Alex Nosa Ihama

Since his teenage years, Life Coach Alex Nosa Ihama has always being the go-to person for advice, encouragement, motivation and inspiration, which was an overwhelming responsibility that made him decide, at a very young age, to constantly pursue knowledge, wisdom and understanding through traveling, books, researches, seminars, coaching and mentorship. In the forefront of everything he does is the personal growth and wellbeing of others, how to help people improve their lives and businesses.

Life Coach, Business Coach & Executive Coach

Either face-to-face, or through the phone and email, he has personally coached hundreds of people worldwide and tens of thousands more through his website. This is in addition to his countless motivating and inspirational articles and newsletters that are now received in over 70 countries. Alex strongly believes that the key to success, which he defines as contentment, is in the hands of each individual regardless of his or her situation and circumstance.    Personal and Family Life

   A devout Christian, Alex is married to Stephanie, who holds Running Coaching Certifications from the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and level II of the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). With an obvious passion for running and coaching, Stephanie has completed over 40 races, which include marathons, half marathons, triathlon, duathlon, and a half iron man. In addition, she has coached lay runners to become long distance runners, with some completing their first, second and even third races and marathoners under Stephanie's fitness programs.
   
   Stephanie works with different types of personalities to develop custom-made fitness programs, while providing the training, knowledge and encouragement that they need to meet different running and fitness objectives. Also, she provides personal and group training and coaching to many beginner and experienced runners, while remotely guiding and inspiring many other people worldwide.    Alex and Stephanie have four children and live in Toronto, Canada. To ensure that their busyness have no significant impact on their harmonious family, Alex and Stephanie have a dedicated evening every week for Family Enrichment, which is a time when they all come together to discuss spiritual matters and deeper family opportunities. In addition, they have dedicated an evening every month for Family Outing (Bowling, Movies, etc), and one-on-one outings with their respective children once a month. This one-on-one is a time when dad or mom takes one child out monthly for an average of 2 hours doing what that child wants to do within reason - be it dinning at a restaurant, touring the city, visiting different clothes store, the local amusement park, toy shop, bookstore, or watching the latest movie in the cinema. In this way, four children gets one-on-one with dad and mom individually just to have fun!
   
   According to Alex, these are special bonding moments that many children including my wife and I never had. More so, having dinner together as a family, attending church on Sundays as a family, participating in weekly Christian Fellowship Activity as a family, regularly having people over for lunch or dinner, and completing the Family Planner together every Sunday evening are traditions that have helped us to build their harmonious family. Our faith in God and directions from the Bible and other spiritual friends has done amazing things in our lives."
   
   When Alex is not reading, writing, meditating, speaking or coaching, he is chauffeuring his children to soccer, swimming, basketball, volleyball, sleepovers, birthday parties, etc, cleaning the areas of their home that mom and children often miss, visiting friends and families, watching action or historic movies, running or sleeping. When Stephanie is not working or managing the very busy home, she is running, swimming, biking, chauffeuring or working with Alex at The Exhortation. Together, they have facilitated the Marriage Enrichment Forums for years, and remain an example and inspiration to many people and families all over the world.
